Why “Business In Flight”?
We’re all different – our appetite for risk differs as does our management style. Circumstances and reasons for starting our business and the markets and personalities we work with often vary hugely! Some of us take more risks. Some plan better. Some over-plan. Some miss opportunities… and some of us fly by the seat of our pants..
Often we “just start” (ready or not) sometimes fail, restart and grow as we go along… Whoever you are, and however your business got off the ground, one thing is for sure: you’ll need agility, flexibility, resilience and there will be some pivoting & adjusting required.
It’s a bit like Building the Plane, while Flying it!? Hopefully it takes off well, stays in the air, comes in to land now and again, refuels and takes off, with a few fixes and new or more passengers! The more one thinks about it, this metaphor has many aspects that will ring true and with wich you might identify. More on this when we see you in the programme!
About the Program
This program, based on years of experience and successful business coaching models, develops over two years to assure the sustainability of your growth as well as the systematic implementation of everything you’ve learnt and to allow for quality development of viable and long term business/market connections. Some things will happen fast - others will take time. Over the entire period you will have our support and that of everyone else in the Network & Business Ecosystem we will build together.
Getting Ready for Take-Off
Before you even take flight, we will work with you through your business plan and strategy, take stock together with you of where you are now and establish if this programme is really going to benefit you. We will get to know one another and explore together how we can ensure that this two year investment will bring you to your desired, successful outcome. At the end of this exercise, you will have a tailor-made, detailed growth plan that is ready to implement.
First Year
You will get a mentor on your side and regular business skills coaching from experienced trainers and business owners. You will work out sales and marketing plans, develop your leadership and management skills, learn how to use and secure your financials and your cash flow and a lot more. We will also support you with our local & world-wide network and introduce you to contacts for access to growth capital. You will learn how to systemize and automate your business, how to recruit and source good human and other resources and manage employees. You’ll continue to develop and (if necessary) adjust your vision and implement not only your goals but all your new skills and business acumen. Throughout, you will be supported by a mentor - your conversation partner - and will have workshops every two months, so that you can mirror your learnings and learn not only from the coaches but also from your business peers and put everything into place as you go along, all the while building strong business relationships and useful collaborations.
Second Year
This is where all the newly implemented learnings, growth plans and advanced skills shall exponentially produce results and growth success. We are by your side to continue with input from specialized coaches, speakers and business owners to ensure your success stays on track, pivot, adjust, steady, escalate and support your growth.
